- Backup Settings
-
- Create Backup Copy
- When selected, a backup file is created when the file is saved. It is saved in the location specified by Output Path.
- Enable Auto Backup
- When selected, a backup file is created at the specified time interval. The number of backup files created is specified by History. The backup history is managed with ShadeExplorer. Creating backup files at fixed intervals enables Shade3D to be restored from a backup after closing due to a problem.
- Interval Text Box
- This checkbox is enabled when Enable Auto Backup is selected. Specify the backup save interval in minutes.
- Output Path
- The location for the backup files.
- Browse...
- Specifies the backup file save location.
- History
- Specifies the number of backup files to create. If the specified number of backup files is exceeded, the oldest backup file is deleted.
- Exclude From Backups Group
- This group specifies the items to be excluded from backup in order to prevent the size of the backed-up scene from increasing.
Note Exclude From Backups is available in Shade3D Professional.
- Calculated Result of Radiosity
- When selected, the radiosity calculation result is not saved.
- Calculated Result of Irradiance Cache
- When selected, the irradiance cache calculation result is not saved.
- Calculated Result of Photon Mapping
- When selected, the photon mapping calculation result is not saved.
Note When backup saving starts, a message is displayed in the Status Bar.
To stop saving a backup, click this message, and click OK in the dialog box that opens.
