Effector Version

The Extract Alpha of the Effector version extracts the Al- pha channel for a rendered image immediately after the rendering is finished. The original image is not saved.

  1. Choose Extract Alpha from the Effector pull-down menu of the Effects tab in the Rendering options.
  2. When rendering, you obtain an image consisting of the extracted Alpha channel. The Extract Alpha Effector can be applied in animation rendering.
The Effector version also supports Area Rendering.
After performing a normal rendering without using the Ef- fector plug-in, choose the Extract Alpha Effector in the Rendering options, and then perform a Area Rendering. The Alpha channel is extracted only for the selected area.
