Hair Surface

The attributes of the generated hair and the hair texture images are stored in the surface attributes of the Hair part.

This information is used when rendering or when creating a polygon mesh from guide hairs, except that the Transparency is always set to 1.0 and the Backlight to 0.5.

A mapping layer is added to the surface attributes when a new hair texture is created.

The attributes are stored in the order of "Image/Diffuse", "Image/Transparency", "Image/ Bump". These three values together express the hair texture. By storing the values in this order, images not automatically created by Hair Salon can be used as hair textures.
