FlashExporter (Legacy Plugin)
Rendered images or animations can be exported in Flash (.swf) format.
FlashExporter makes it easy to create Flash elements, movies and other web content.
Here we will use the above sample. Check that you have a web browser or other software that can view .swf files.
Using FlashExporter
For Animation
- After applying the animation settings in the Motion Window, select Rendering > Create Animation...
A Save as dialog box opens. - From the file type pop-up menu in the Save As dialog, select Flash (*.swf).
Select a file name and location, and click Save.
The FlashExporter dialog box opens. - Here you can adjust the Flash settings.
FlashExporter - Click the OK button to begin rendering the animation in .swf format.
For Still Images
- First render the image you wish to export.
After the render finishes, click the Save button in the Image Window.
Image Window - From the file type pop-up menu in the Save As dialog, select Flash (*.swf).
Select a file name and location, and click Save.
The FlashExporter dialog box opens. - Here you can adjust the Flash settings.
- Click the OK button to export the rendered image in .swf format.

- Edge Line Group
- These are the outline settings.
The Outer group specifies the outlines of shapes.
The Inner group specifies the shadow gradations and borders.- Enable Checkboxes
- Select these checkboxes to show the Outer and Inner outlines, respectively.
- Line Width Pop-up Menus
- Specifies the outline width.

- Shows the outline color. Specify the color using the color box.
- Flash Image Group

- Number of Colors Text Box
- Specifies the number of colors used.
Number of colors. From left: 2, 8, and 32.
- Background Color Box
- Shows the background color. Specify the color using the color box.
- No Color Checkbox
- Select this checkbox if you do not wish to fill the object with color.
No Color settings. Left: unselected; right: selected.
- Quantization Pop-up Menu
- Specifies whether to update the color table for each frame or only the first frame. This is only important for animations.
