Window Menu
The Window menu contains menu items concerning open scene files and the layout of Shade3D windows.

- Minimize (Mac)
- Minimizes Shade3D to the Dock.To return Shade3D to its original state, click its icon in the Dock.
- Zoom (Mac)
- Adjusts the window size by zooming in or out.
- Bring All to Front (Mac)
- When two or more Figure Windows are open, the Figure Windows that have been hidden by other applications are brought to the front.
- Modeling Mode
- Select either CG or CAD modes to model in. Select CG Mode to work with polygon meshes and Bezier curves; select CAD mode to work with NURBS.
- Reset Single-Window Layout
- Returns the position and size of the Figure Window and control windows to the default single-window layout.
- Reset Separate-Window Layout
- Returns the position and size of the Figure Window and control windows to the default separate-window layout.
- Save Window Layout...
- Saves the current window arrangement as a new layout. The added layout is added to the Window Menu and Window Layout Selector.
- Manage Window Layouts...
- Opens the Manage Window Layouts dialog, where you can remove or rearrange the order of preset and custom window layouts.
- Revert Selected Preset Window Layout
- Reverts the current window layout to the selected preset's default arrangement.
- Revert All Preset Window Layouts
- Reverts the Window Layout Selector to its default settings (returning all preset window layouts to their defaults).
- Layout
- Switches to the Layout window layout.
- Modeling
- Switches to the Modeling window layout.
- Split View
- Switches to the Split View window layout.
- UV Edit
- Switches to the UV Edit window layout.
- Skin
- Switches to the Skin window layout.
- Motion
- Switches to the Animation window layout.
- Rendering
- Switches to the Rendering window layout.
- 3D Printing
- Switches to the 3D Printing window layout.
