Cap the End of the Curved Surface

The option to automatically generate a cap surface at both ends of the open side of the curved surface has been added.
Cross sections that cannot be handled by Degenerate to Point such as concave, convex, and L-shaped, can be closed with a single touch.

- When on, generate a surface at the opening end of the Curved Surface.
- When off, the open end will not be processed.
