Real-Time Connection with VR-Design Studio UC-win/Road

The data created by Shade3D is displayed in real-time to UC-win/Road 14.1 (and later Versions).

Note Available in Shade3D Professional (Windows).

Main Menu View > UC-win/Road Linkage


Connection Settings

Local Host / IP Address
Select the address type to connect to the UC-win/Road.
For the case of IP Address, enter the IP address in the four text boxes separated by “:” below.
Port
Enter the port number of the connection destination.

UC-win/Road Linkage

Connect
Connect to UC-win/Road via the specified address and port.
If successful, the status will be Connected other linked functions will be available.
Note Not selectable when the status is Connected.
Disconnect
Disconnect to UC-win/Road.
The status will be Disconnected.
Note Not selectable when the status is Disconnected.
Register Selected Object
Register the selected shape or part as an object to be linked, and the shape is displayed in UC-win/Road.

Note Not available when selected shape or part is a linkage object.
Unregister Selected Object
Unregister the selected shape or part.
Left:UC-win/Road Right:Shade3D
Note Not available when selected shape or part is not a linkage object.
Update Selected Object
Update and display the current state of the selected shape or part to UC-win/Road.

Auto Update
Enable automatic update when the object is moved.

Origins
From the origin list set on the UC-win/Road side, select the linkage origin.

Set to origin 1
Set to origin 2
Display Settings
Display in UC-win/Road.
    Wireframe
    The wireframe of the object.
    Shading + Wireframe
    The shadeing and wireframe of the object.
    Texture
    The texture of the object.

Note Currently, connected object transfer, animation, and textures other than diffuse image map are not supported.

Camera Linkage

If the camera on the Shade3D is operated in the linked state, the perspective on the UC-win/Road will be changed as well.
