Capsule

Use the Capsule tool to create a capsule as a NURBS surface.

Usage

1. In CAD Mode, select Capsule from the Toolbox's CAD creation tools.
   
2. Drag in the Figure Window to create the line that will be the axis for the capsule.
   
3. Drag again to specify the radius of the capsule.
   

Tool Parameters

Center 1

The XYZ coordinates of the capsule's first center point.

Center 2

The XYZ coordinates of the capsule's second center point.

Radius

The radius of the capsule.

Create Inside

When selected, the capsule is created with its full length between the two center points. In this case, these become the end points.

When unselected, the two points specify the center of each sphere of the capsule.

Apply

Confirms the capsule creation.

Show Dimensions

When creating the object, its dimensions are displayed in the Figure Window.
