Usage

Opacity Mask can be selected from the mapping attribute pop-up menu, under the Mapping options in the Surface Window.

Opacity Mask allows you to transition smoothly between layered textures, for an effect such as a partially worn-off surface.

The Mask attribute only accepts two values, black and white, to determine transparency.

The Transparent Alpha channel blend mode uses the alpha value as transparency for Diffuse and Transparency attributes together. Opacity Mask can be set separately for the transmission rate and other parameters.

Multiple Opacity Mask attributes can be combined for a blended mask.
